Description
A south-east view during the construction of the Finch Memorial Hospital, WSU Building #15. The outer wooden frame and steel beams of the structure are visible along with a group of three workers standing on the ground floor. Construction materials are piled in the left foreground. A tower for lifting wet concrete is present in the background. The surrounding Palouse hills are bare.
